AIMS: TO IDENTIFY TRIGGERS AND TO LEARN TO COPE
Short term Therapy (also known as Brief or Time Limited Therapy) normally lasts between 6 and 12 sessions.
We would work with specific issues and goals in mind in the hope of identifying what triggers your difficulty and how you can move forward with this concern.
This is normally done by talking about the situation in which you experience your concern and either working with the emotions that arise, or by challenging the thought processes that prevent you from moving forward.
This type of therapy is useful for concerns such as Anxiety, Stress, Relationship Issues, feeling Stuck, Depression, Obsessions, Conflict at Work, Job-related Stress, Addiction and Panic Attacks.
